Hi.
I wanna know the halacha for wearing open toed shoes, without tights or socks, meaning that the “naked” foot is visible. Could it also be that in the place where I lived, its not permissible because of minhag hamakom, but if I go somewhere for vacation where there are no Jews it is permissible? Please note, that it doesn’t mean that my whole leg has to be uncovered. But I do want to know, is it permitted to go without tights/socks/stockings in a place where there isn’t minhag hamokom because there are no Jews?

The general minhag of frum women is to cover the bottom of their feet.
