I have a pool outside and my neighbors can see in through their window or from their porch. I am female and would like to go swimming. Can I assume they know there is a pool outside and they know not to look out that window or look from the porch?

Unfortunately we can not assume that they will not look, and a proper mechitza should be erected in order for women to swim there.
