Are there are parts of korbanos that should be said even if it means skipping parts of psukei dezimra? For example, if I have enough time to say all of psukei dezimra, or I could say the tamid and aizehu mekoman and ketores but then I would have to skip parts of psukei dezimra – what is more important?

Don’t skip parts of pesukei dzimra for korbanos, as they can be said after davening. Infact, they can be said all day.
