Question:
Hi,
I was cooking an egg in an aino bein yomo frying pan. I used a bein yomo meaty spoon (I used it to turn chicken one minute before) to turn the egg. I only turned the egg once before realising and the spoon probably didn't touch the pan. What is the status of the egg and pan?
Thank you
Answer:
Hello,
Although the fork is fleishig, however since, you assume that it didn't touch the frying pan, then the frying pan egg, is not fleishig. The fork is fleishig, and the egg is permitted to eat, under the assumption that the frying pan was not used within 24 hours.
Best wishes
