I go to a frum school where some of the teachers are not jewish. Is it a problem if they might be marking my exams on shabbos? Is it considered that I am recieving benefit from a non-jew doing melacha on my behalf on shabbos?

It is nice that you are so concerned to make sure you don't benefit from any chillul Shabbos. You do not have to be concerned about this, because the gentile is not doing on Shabbos for you, he is doing it because he wants to finish marking his tests, and because he is choosing to mark them on Shabbos. As long as you didn't tell him to do it specifically on Shabbos, you don't have anything to be concerned about.
