Unknown white food substance on baking sheet

Question:

I noticed a white somewhat dry yogurt like (though I don't know what it was) substance on the edge of a disposable alluminum baking sheet in our cupboard. I didn't think much of it at the time and wiped it off with a baby wipe. My wife said she had no idea what it was when I asked her later. I imagine someone with food on their hands probably reached for the sheet above this one and left that food residue on it. I didn't think much of it at the time. But now I wonder if that presented any kashrus issue? The baking sheet was used in the oven afterwards. Would whatever amount of that white stuff still on the edge of the baking sheet cause a kashrus problem? The oven was either pareve or fleishig before that baking sheet was used. Can we assume the oven is still kosher? And the baking sheet is fine?

Answer:

Hello,

Everything is fine, as it isn't at all clear that it was milchig in the first place. Additionally you wiped it off.

Best wishes
