Question:
When charging a cliemt online we state on the imvoice that a 3% fee will apply with credit card payments. However on our side it's not actually but varies with the processing company. Sometimes it's 2.6% +0.30c or others would be 2.8% +30c and the like.
Does this classify as ribit if the customer knows and agrees to the 3% stated on the invoice.

It is not considered ribbis, as the charge is for he expenses, and not for the giving of the credit. this is even though the charge has been rounded off, and the company is benefitting slightly.
