Is a placemat required for pareve food from a microwave of the opposite type

Question:

My son heated up potato kugel (pareve/fleishig equipment) on a paper plate in a fleishig microwave, and then put the paper plate with the potato kugel down on the milchig table. Is that okay or should he really put down a place mat? Does it depend if the microwave was used in the last 24 hours? (I assume no meat was stuck to the bottom of the plate, the microwave is usually pretty clean. Do I need to worry about the kashrus of the table?).
Thank you so much!

Answer:

Hello,

You do not need to worry about the kashrus of the table. Technically there is no need for a tablecloth here, as there isn't really any fleishig.

Best wishes
