If you allow a friend to borrow something and when you ask for it back they claim they don't have it what can you do?
Answer:
Why doesn't he have it? Did he lose it or does he say that he never got it?
If he says that he lost it, etc. then he has to give you compensation for it. If he says that he never got it, then you have a problem because you will have to prove that you indeed gave it to him.
