The best place to give one’s money is to fund torah learning, as this will give your neshoma, the more powerful boost in the eternal world. It s also a good idea to give it for sonneting that will have some continuity, such as donating seforim to a shul or Yeshiva, (or the Kollel that runs this site). This way the money that you giving will generate “reuseable merits”, as each time someone learns with the sefer, you will get a merit from it. The same would apply to donating money to the actual building of a torah institution, as you will then have multiple merits from the money.
Hashem should help that this should not be applicable for a very long time
