I am embarrassed about it but I had an emission on Shabbat and had only one pair of pants. I didn't think about it and used a wet tissue to wipe off the soiled area and did it a few times until it was mostly soaked in that area. Am I guilty of transgressing Shabbat?

What you did was not permitted on Shabbos, however it wasn’t intentional. It still needs to be atoned for. How fortunate we are that Hashem is so kind to us and allows us to do teshuva and erase the sin. I would suggest that you spend some time learning Hilchos Shabbos. This atones for the aveiro, and will also ensure that you know the halachos, so that it won’t happen again.
