Hi,
I checked out at the dollar store, and purchased a few boxes of pasta. I wasn’t given a bag until the person behind me started checking out and due to the confusion I took his box of pasta as well. He wasn’t Jewish. What should I do? It’s not the store as he paid already so I stole it by mistake from him. I have no way of finding him.

It doesn’t seem as if there is much that you can or have to do at this point aside from regular teshuva bain adom lamakom, because what you did was stealing by mistake.
