I loaned my roommate my reusable metal water bottle with a plastic straw / plastic lid. She has been using it at both meat and dairy meals and i doubt washing in between. I was aware that was a problem but i wasn’t sure if i should say something. Is my water bottle and straw still kosher? Thank you!

It depends on what it was used for. If it was used for hot chocolate and chicken soup , then it is problematic. However if she just used it for drinking water during milky and meaty meals, then it just has to be washed out, and it is fine.
