As far as wearing the hearing aid, rechargeable ones are the same as the older versions that had regular batteries in them. Therefore I am assuming that you mean to ask about recharging them on Shabbos. The way to do it, is by setting a Shabbos clock to go on at a certain hour, place the hearing aid in the charger before it turns on. Have the Shabbos clock set, that it turns off before you would want to remove the hearing aid from the charge. This way you didn't do any melacha by putting it or removing it from the charger.
