Hi Rabbi, I potentially treifed up a few dairy utensils and want to kasher them. They’re washed and are put aside for a while now, my question is: would I just use a clean dairy pot to do this in? (Wouldn’t that treif up the dairy pot, or no?)

Hello,
You can use any dairy pot. We don’t kasher things until after waiting 24 from the time they became trief. The reason for this is, in order for any trief taste to become stale, (aino ben yomo) this way it no longer has the capabilities to make the other pot trief.
