If I kasher a pot would I be able to drink that water afterward or since you used the water to kasher the water is treif?

Hello,
Although the water is not technically trief, since it is 60 times the item it was koshered and it isn’t a ben yomo. Nevertheless, the minhag is not to use the water that was used to do hagalah.
