There is no bracha on trees in Tu B’shvat, rather during the month of Nissan when the trees actual blossom. There is no specific mitzva to do on Tu B’shvat, however many people eat a lot of fruits, in order to make a bracha Borei Pri Haetz. There is also an idea to daven for a good esrog on Tu B’shvat.
