Hi, years back I made a neder that if I do an Avera in inyanei kedusha then I’ll need to tovel in a specific mikvah on any erev Shabbos at a specific time slot.
Note:
1. I think but not sure that I only said "if I do it then I’ll have to tovel..."
2. The neder was out of a lot frustration.
I did end up doing the avera but never did the tvila with all my conditions. Do I need to tovel still or be matir neder to annul it?

On the surface it seems that it is a neder, and maybe it is good for you to have to keep it, in order to stick away from what you wanted to do. Aside from this, I would need to know if the neder was a one-time thing, or if it was meant to be continuous, and more of the specifics, in order to answer you better.
