At my work, this tenant keeps calling me because he cant get in touch / he's not getting the help he needs from my workmate who is meant to deal with the tenant. I dont deal with these tenants. The girl that is meant to deal with him is on yeshiva world a lot and I see that sometimes she would just mute / lower the volume of her work phone ringer and one time I saw her pick up the work phone and she said hold on and she put the phone down and I dont think she ever picked up that phone call again that she put down on. This tenant called me again yesterday, so I just told him to send me an email of what is going on. In that email, one of the things that he wrote was - ''Over the past 8 months, I have contacted various representatives from your company, and each time, I was assured that the manager would follow up with me to finalize the renewal process. However, despite these assurances, I have not received a single callback, email, or any further details on how to proceed with the lease renewal.'' I asked him to send an email as I figured I would send it to my boss but is it loshon hara to send this email to my boss?

You may send the e-mail to your boss, as it is l’toeles of the customer, and the l’toeles of the company, that the manager should know what it going on and that customers are not happy.
