Question:
While washing fleishig pot in fleish sink I found a noodle that I think had been cooked in a dairy pot (non ben yomo) earlier. I dont know how noodle got in fleishig side of sink. Worst case scenario it was fried in the fleishig pot with hamburgers but I really don't know that to be the case. Possibly it just fell in fleishig sink. Wife did cooking. I was just washing dishes. A couple of questions arise: Can I assume that the dairy equipment noodle was NOT cooked with the burgers in the frying pan? And even if it had been cooked with the burgers after having been cooked in a non ben como dairy pot, would that render the fleishig pot not kosher?
Answer:
Hello,
The pareve noodle, even though it was cooked in a milchig eino ben yomo pot, will not assur anything.
Best wishes
