Question:
Is it a problem to take a picture of a sefer belonging to a shul to help in my learning? E.g. the biurei Tosfos in the mesivta Gemara, to help me with a Tosfos. I wouldn't buy the sefer regardless, if that makes a difference. And it does have a note in the beginning, like most seforim, that forbid copying etc. But is something like this included in the issur? Thanks
