Question:
I was wondering if there is any issue washing fruits/vegetables in the sink with hot water. Do I need to worry anything non kosher is on them that somehow can transfer?
I live in the US if that matters.

I don’t see any issue with it. Even if there is something on the peel of the fruit, being that the hot water is considered iruy kli rishon, it will only make a slight amount of blios which are botil
