Question:
Most shuls wait in Chu`l for nacht for mariv on 2nd day YT. I imagine the reason is as the Levush (siman 488 ) writes that we are concerned about Melochos being done / Hachono (see also YT sheni kehilchoso Fried page 36)
I note there is a machlokes if we pasken like the Taz or Maharshal (siman 668 see MB sk 7 and Sha`hatz sk 11) but according to the Taz, would it be possible to mekabel 2nd night YT early (ie after Plag) and then Hachono would be no concern?
