I would like to copy a picture of the Kotel that i see online and print a picture of it to hang in my house. Is this geneiva? Do i need to research who the pic is from and buy rights from them to use it?

it is permitted, because the picture is not going to come out the same quality as it is posted, and because it is not the persons original idea.
