If I have a nightly practice of having a cup of wine before going to sleep is there any prohibition to continuing to drink wine nightly after the 17th of Tamuz BUT discontinuing from the start of the 9 days?

The minhag not to drink wine only applies to the Ashkenazim from the beginning of the 9 days.
