Question:
My 2 year old son threw a soapy, dairy plate that was just seconds before covered in hot water (and might still have been) onto the fleishig counter/sink area. There might have still been dairy residue on the plate and not every part of the plate was covered in soap. Do i have to kasher anything?

There is no need to kasher anything, as the plate was not hot enought to make anything trief..
