We told our daughter if she improves her behavior in school she can take driving lessons. Recently my husband and I were discussing that there really are 1-2 more things she should be working on at home to have the privilege of driving lessons. Our daughter doesn't think its right to change things now once we told her otherwise and asked if we can ask a Rav.

I personally agree with her. If you already made a deal with her, it isn't fair (or honest) to change the terms afterwards to get more out of it. Make another deal and incentive for her, to get the other two things, or if you think you can trust her, you can explain it to her. Tell her that you are not going to go back on your word, but you would like that she work on two other things.
