Question:
I was cleaning the side of a plastic table (we had taken it out for guests) and noticed some chocolate had dried onto the spot (I don’t know if it’s been there 24 hours, but let’s assume it has been there 24 hours).
Would dairy being stuck (dried on) present any new halachic status that I need to be concerned about? (Would something getting dried and stuck onto a surface be considered kavush? Do I need to remember forever that this side became dairy?)
Thinking about it, it can come up often regarding floors as well.

Answer:
A little dried chocolate is not wet enough to be considered kavush, therefore you don’t have to do anything except wash it off well.
