If I heard Kiddush in Shul and then after came home to the Seuda...Can i just make Hamotzie or do I need to Make Kiddush again?

If you heard kiddush Shabbos morning in shul, and ate a kzayis of cake etc., so that you were yotza kiddush b’makom seuda, you do not have to make kiddush again. There is however a preference to making kiddish, specifically in the place that you are eating the main seuda of Shabbos, however you are not obligated to do this.
