Question:
My neighbor has destroyed his single story home and is building a double story home. He has 4 windows & a balcony looking onto my garden and swimming pool. A second balcony looks into my yard. He wants to only frost the bottom part of the windows and plant fast growing trees. I have requested a higher brick wall as that cannot be changed without my knowledge. He is building a very expensive home and refuses to raise the wall. He wants trees only. What can I do about this?

He can put up a temporary partition until his trees grow in, and then when they are ready remove it.
There is however another issue here, that it is possible that the neighbor does have the right, to put up the second floor, and might not have to put up the wall. this would have to be discussed with the local Rabbonim.
