Whenever there is a heter of shvus deshvus on shabbos in a case of mitzvah to ask a goy should it preferably be with a hint because there is a machlokes if shvus deshvus is muttar in the first place?

I am not sure what machlokes you are referring to, and inn general you do not have to hint it. However see מלכים אומניך פ"ד הערה ד' what he writes there about a similar question.

I was asking because in shulchan aruch 307:5 there is an opinion that a double derabbanan is assur to ask a goy except by bris milah so do we need to hint to accomidate that opinion
