They will not reschedule (they are accommodating for YK) . Failure to provide a sample comes with significant penalties. I can only provide a sample if I'm able to drink sufficiently beforehand. Please advise.

If you can’t tell the officer that you are not being successful, because it is a religious fast day today, and that you are not allowed to drink.
