If your mother doesn’t have enough income for her needs then you may surely give her your maaser money. Giving tzedakah to a needy relative is from the highest priorities, when deciding who to give one’s tzedakah money. The fact that she supports you, doesn’t affect this, however one your own, if you know that thigs are hard on them, use your own money to buy things, so it will help them with your expenses.
