Baruch Hashem my wife is currently pregnant. I am very against the idea of a gender reveal due to wanting to maintain the minhag of keeping these things private before birth. My wife, who comes from a more modern and less traditional background (baal teshuva/convert), wants to have a gender reveal with parents. Should I refrain from saying anything in order to preserve shalom bayis?

You are right on target! Yes there is an inyan not to find out the gender of the fetus before birth. However as you so correctly write, shalom bayis is more important. Therefore if your wife insists on it, don't make an issue of it.
