If its relevant for milk and meat its a nat bar nat and problably eino ben yomo and battel bshishim. So of what relevance halachically is the de symbol thank you so much if you can explain?

Good question. Potentially it can be applicable to basar b’chalav, however it shouldn’t be applicable for the reasons you mention. It could be applicable for someone who will hold that there is “chanan” by cholov akum though. However in general it won’t make a difference.
