I put shirts in the wash before Sukkot, but did not have time to dry them. Now it is Chol Hamoed. Am I allowed to hang them to dry? Can I run them through the dryer? (If I leave them damp in the washing machine, they will be moldy and ruined by the end of Chag)

The prohibition is not to wash or launder clothing. Drying them is not included in this and therefore permitted on chol hamoed.
