The shul by us has a Torah that is highly questionable whether it is kosher. The baal korei says he sees it is poorly written and someone who is learning safrus also sees problems. Ive heard many people question it . So my question is can one receivean aliyah on the torah thereor hear leining and answer amen. Hopefully the rabbiwill get around to fixing it but as of now nothing is being done thank you
