If I said a bracha but realized that I omitted the name of Hashem, am I required to repeat it?

Hello,
It depends what was omitted. If you said either Hashem’s name or Elokeinu, you do not have to repeat the bracha, however if you didn’t say both of them then the bracha has to be repeated. As a side point, if one didn’t say “melech haolam”, the bracha also has to be repeated. See sources?
