Question:
Re:
The curse of Jacob and Rachel's death.
Bereishit 31:32:
But anyone with whom you find your gods shall not remain alive! In the presence of our kin, point out what I have of yours and take it.” Jacob, of course, did not know that Rachel had stolen them.
Highly Esteemed Rabbonim,
Shawua Tov!
I do hope, that my questions are not too numerous for Your highly honorable attention.
It is written:
He will not live against our brothers.
And it isn't written
She will not live against our brothers.
And it is said -written "אחינו" and not "אחיותנו".
Where from and why it is being learned, that because of this impetuous statement of Our Father Progenitor Jakob Our Mother Progenitor Rachel did die?
The commentary about our Parents Progenitors always does respect our Forefathers and Foremothers in the equally dignified measure: Avoteinu ve Imateinu!
Though, of course, it can be interpreted, that everyone would be perishing before our brothers. Or it can be viewed as: would fall out from the ranks of the equal ones.
Does postulate the equality in statue.
Bereishit 2:18:
I will make a fitting - helper / (human) counterpart for him.
Highly Esteemed Rabbonim,
Do You think, that this statement of Our Father Progenitor Jakob in Bereishit 31:32 did affect our Mother Progenitor Rachel?
Are there any other examples of Jacobs curse?
Thank You very much for giving some thoughts and considering to my letter!

Answer:
Hello,
The answer to your first question is that Yackov was not cursing Rachel specifically, rather making a general statement which would include men and women. The general rule is that when including both, it is said in masculine form.
Best wishes
Thank You very much for Your answer.
