My grandson started washing dairy a Corelle dish (had cheese on it) and stainless-steel fork in fleishig (stainless steel) sink, just for a few seconds. I caught it in time. The water was still cold. Do I have to kasher fleishig sink?

There is no need for you to kasher anything as the water was still cold.
