Occasionally I am running behind the chazzan at hallel when I get up to hodu do I say yomar na Yisroel with hodu beforehand and so on similar to how the khal answers to the chazzan or do I say in order w/o hodu each time?

When someone recites Hallel alone, it is preferable for him to say Hodu in front of two people so they can respond. However, if he is reciting it alone, he does not include Hodu.
