Many platforms of social media have extremely inappropriate pictures and videos. For my business I want someone to promote my product on social media. May I ask someone who already uses social media anyways, or is this causing them to further sin?

You may ask them to do it for you. It is not considered causing them to sin, because they can access these platforms regardless without putting your add on the platform, in conjunction to other factors.
