A package of crackers was supposed to contain 20 crackers of 10 grams each totalling 200 grams.
However, after I opened the package I discovered 2 packs of 9 crackers each, but each pack weighed over 100 grams each, so the total weight was over 200 grams.
A similar discrepancy was found with various brands of regular machine matzos (not for pesach) which all weighed much more than the stated weight on the box.
How accurate are the details of weight and number of units inside supposed to be.

If they provide more than the stated amount, that is acceptable. Even if they give fewer crackers, if the total weight meets the designated amount, it is still acceptable. However, it is preferable for them to give the correct number of crackers.
