Question:
Dear Rav,
When Avimelekh answers HaShem in Genesis 20:5, he says "in the integrity of my heart and in the innocence of my palms I did this". Avimelekh specifies both the heart and the palms (action). Chovot Halevavot says that there are two kinds of duties: duties of the heart/mind and duties of the limbs. Is it possible that he means that he is innocent both in the duties of the heart and limbs, so that the Torah in this passage wants to point out this distinction and Avimelekh was aware of it?
Thank you
