Question:
Is there a requirement (sources please) to recommend/use an opaque mezuzah case when providing/putting up mezuzahs in the home of those who don’t adhere to the laws of modest dress as they may often/with regularity be in a state of significant undress in front of the mezuzahs? While they might not (regularly) reveal מקום ערווה in front of the mezuzah, they may leave little else to the imagination. Also acts of intimacy may occur outside of the marital bed.

Thank you! In other words, one covering should be opaque. As the common practice is to double cover by first wrapping in a (somewhat) see through protective wrapping before putting in the case, I presented the question as I did.
Its highly unlikely someone will permanently wrap paper or fabric outside of the case and the reason for a clear case or one that allows (partial) viewing is to see the klaf/Shakai so is unlikely to wrap it in paper before inserting into such a case.
It is better to be able to see the Shem Hashem, but not if there will be immodest things happening in front of the mezuza.
