Question:
My son (has clinical OCD) told me he took cholent in a bowl out of the microwave and said there was moisture at the bottom of the bowl, then he put the bowl down on a glass milchig table. I assume this minimal amount of dampness - combined with it being a glass table (we are in America, and I understand Reb Moshe said it can't become treif) - would be reasons to be lenient and the table and bowl are kosher?
Thank you!
Answer:
Hello,
You can rely on the opinions that glass will not absorb regarding basar b'chalav, and the table and bowl are do not have to be kashered.
Best wishes
