Dear Rabbi,
1/5.5 million births can have diphallia. I think the condition is curious but wonder whether your halacha addresses any such situation with attention to Jewish upbringing and law. To the extent of my knowledge, this is where a boy is born with two phalluses. One is larger than the other, and surgery is required.
Would there be a double circumcision on day eight, or would surgery be planned, with a choice involving the rabbis about whether one phallus is removed? Would you circumcise only the planned-to-keep phallus? This is a bell of interest, and hopefully as rare as it is, maybe perhaps it is never seen in the Torah.

There would be a double circumcision, however it may not be performed in the Sabbath.
