Hello!!
Is it ok to buy ginger from a farm delivery? It looked when it arrived in a bag as if the big pieces where cut at some point from another chunk. From that place I cut off a little and threw it out and made tea but just wanted to make sure it’s allowed to buy?
If it is not allowed, is it ok that I made tea or my pot became not kosher?

You can use the ginger, because it is highly unlikely that they usedd thier own trief knife for it. They are cutting a lot of vegetables.
