Question:
Reuven made havdala for himself and for Shimon. At the end of havdala, Shimon was mafsik and talked (about something not related to havdala) before Reuven drank. Afterwards Reuven drank and was yotze. Being that Reuven was not mafsik and was yotze, is Shimon also yotze? Or does shimon need to make his own havdala now?

Although what Simon did was incorrect, he still was yotza havdalah b’dieved, similar to talking out after kiddush before the mevarech drank from the wine.
