Hashem should send you a refuah sheleima and a full, quick recovery. Your sensitivity about not wanting to go to a regular public mikva is understood. Technically, though, a swimming pool is usually not valid for a woman to use as a mikva for a number of reasons. Among them is that it isn't made from rainwater, and the filter of the pool will often invalidate its eligibility to be a mikva.
You can call the mikva and discuss your special circumstance with the person answering the phone, and they will be able to do whatever they can to make your toveling as comfortable and discreet as possible.
